Which classes are for me?
Our Beaumont location offers classes for ages 5 years old and older.
Shadow Warriors is our 5-7 year old program designed to teach our youngest students respect, confidence and discipline. The students learn basic Taekwon-do and self-defence skills in a fun, easy to understand way.
Regular Classes are for students 7 years old and older. It is the classic Taekwon-do program that leads a student from basic techniques as a beginner (or White Belt) toward the goal of Black Belt (and beyond). Taekwon-do is a martial art that is designed to teach self defence to anybody and every body - young, old, male, female, elite athlete or beginner exerciser. Our Regular classes are great for the family who wants to find an activity that they can all do together at the same time. Part of our instructional team at Beaumont is one family who all achieved black belt together: Mr & Mrs. Droog, Miss Droog and Mr. Droog Jr.
